It happened somehow in April 2021. After I sent the robot back, I lost all contact with the seller. There is no information about the device. I don't know where it is, I don't know if it has been repaired. Assessing various types of e-mails does not respond or how they respond, they make you write to other e-mails. We are sorry and we do not understand why in the beginning there was perfect contact and after sending the device they behave like ordinary fraudsters. Ürünü 25 Mayıs'ta sipariş ettim. 27 Mayıs'ta kargoya verildi ve 12 Haziran'da teslim aldım. Gayet güzel paketlenmişti ve kargoda herhangi bir deformasyon yoktu. Sadece kenar temizleme ile evin haritasını kolayca çıkardı. Sonrasında odaları düzenledim ve şu an sorunsuz olarak çalışıyor. İstediğiniz odayı seçip gönderiyorsunuz. Turbo modunda biraz gürültülü çalıştığını söyleyebilirim, ancak medium modu işinizi görecektir. Bu yüzden en yüksek güçte çalıştırmaya gerek olmadığını düşünüyorum. Temizlik açısından son derece tatmin edici ve girebildiği her yere giriyor. Mop olarak kullandığınızda da su seviyesini ayarlayabiliyorsunuz. Tam bir fiyat performans ürünü diyebilirim. Ancak evi 150 m2 nin altında olanlara tavsiyem v2 pro modeli. v2 proya göre artısı sadece batarya kapasitesi diyebilirim. (Bakteri öldürücü sistemi ne kadar efektif bilmiyorum)

It came with three bins: one dust bin (550 ml), one water tank (550 ml) and one 2 in 1 dust compartment and water tank (275 ml each) - so you can choose wether you vacuum, wash or vacuum and wash in the same time. It has three types of mops: wet mop, wet and moist mop and antibacterial mop (2 pieces included!) that can be used with antibacterial solution!!! I think it's the first vacuum and mopping robot that offers this antibacterial system! You have to fully charge the battery the first time you use it...and be patient so it scan all your house and turns back to the charging station! Only after this step it will automatically save the map in its memory!

Jól dolgozik. A napi szintentartáshoz megfelelő, bár a felmosó funkció inkább feltörlő funkció. A gyerek etető széke alatti maradékokkal 90%ban megbirkózik, de ha valami letapad, odaszárad, azzal már nem.
A töltőegység áthelyezésekor új térképet készít, nem tudja a korábbi térképen áthelyezni azt. És van, hogy a régi helyre akarna visszamenni tölteni. Olyankor nem tud mit kezdeni magával, csak forog össze-vissza. Be kell avatkozni manuálisan.
A 2 az 1-ben tartályhoz jó lenne egy plusz műanyag szűrő, mint a sima tartályban, mert így gyorsan koszolódik a papír szűrő.
A turbó fokozat is halkabb, mint egy normál porszívó.

Ultra satisfait du produit : il aspire, il lave, il aspire et il lave en même temps (2 bacs pour isoler chacune des fonctions et 1 bac qui fait à la fois aspiration et lavage). Beaucoup plus silencieux que notre précédent aspirateur robot (Irobot) et accessoirement beaucoup moins cher et dans un bruit ultra contenu. Deux petits bémols (mais rien de grave) : pas de langue française sur le robot (il parle en Anglais) et un tout petit peu laborieux de le connecter au téléphone mais une fois fait l'appli est super et permet de contrôler le travail effectué par le robot. Il serait bien sur cet applicatif de pouvoir désactiver les alertes mais ça viendra surement avec une prochaine mise à jour.
Un seul conseil : n'hésitez pas et fini les corvées d'aspirateur et de serpillère.
