●Honor Band 5 Sleep Tracking function works only at night and cannot be detected during the day time.
●The main judgment of Honor Band 5 is based on the movement variables from falling asleep to sleeping to waking up.
●Because everyone goes to bed to really fall asleep, there will always be all kinds of changes in the body. If the bracelet is worn on the wrist, it will inevitably produce a variety of displacements and gravity changes as the movement of the body changes. Honor Band 5 records and determines whether a person is sleeping or not. So there may be situations where Honor Band 5 sleep monitoring is not working or does not work.
Step 1: In the HUAWEI Health APP main screen, click the Sleep icon to enter.
Step 2: You can see yesterday's scientific sleep records. Scientific sleep records 4 sleep states, in the following order: deep sleep, light sleep, REM and awake state.
Step 3: Under scientific sleep, you can also view your sleep status for a certain period of time by dragging the progress.
Step 1: Paired your Honor Band 5 with your phone.
Step 2: Open the HUAWEI Health APP on your phone.
Step 3: After entering, in the main interface, select the device icon on the upper right.
Step 4: In the device settings interface, swipe down and tap the Science Sleep.
Step 5: Click to turn on the switch behind scientific sleep, and after turning on, you can use scientific sleep to detect sleep quality.
