So far so good. Directions are so poor that they are counterproductive. It only works plugged in. I squirt my windows first and let them dry before using this because we get salt spray here. Have the bot clean the windows dry once and then repeat using 2-3 squirts of window cleaner on the bottom pad only. It cleans better than me, better than my "B" professional window cleaner and a little worse than my "A" professional window cleaner (who charges me more than this bot costs per cleaning). Mostly very good, misses a few spots and of course the corners. Pro tip- start the bot in the bottom center of the window, not a corner. It misses fewer spots that way.
The extension cords allow it to work about 16' above or below the transformer, so if you can securely hold the transformer above ground level you can clean some mighty tall windows. Suck the bot on to the bottom of the window and press the up pattern.
The tether- well I don't know about you but I don't have anything to tether to outside, so I just put a carpet beneath the window it is working on and take my chances. I removed the tether completely. Stand there for the first few minutes when the bot is doing the second stage run (with the Windex on the lower pad only). If it is going to fall, it is likely to be at the beginning of this run.
The cleaning pads- these are little microfiber, washable dust bonnets with elasticized edges. 12 are provided along with additional rings that they attach to. To change them, gently pry the ring from the bot with your fingers. I changed them after 4 windows but that will depend on how dirty yours are. I love that they are washable and no "special cleaner" is required.
Overall very happy with this little guy and will be cleaning some of the windows that have the prickly shrubs planted in front of them more often now.

When you first get this, you will notice that it needs to be fully charged BUT it is not wireless cleaner. You will still need to have it plugged in for it to work! You will also need to be mindful of the cords so that you're not getting all tangled while trying to clean. Now, the other thing, the directions are quite confusing, so my best advice, read the reviews here (not only my review) and take note of the things that we all have done through trial and error. After the first few attempts, I found my groove with it. Spray down with water or solution, place in the lowest middle spot and let go. I don't have tall windows, but I am simply lazy and wanted a machine to help me keep my picture windows clean, so I can't attest to that part. It does have a hard time in corners, so I just do that when I remove it myself. Circles, I noticed, that if I don't put enough solution, or start with a dirty pad, it leaves residue behind. In all honesty, yes this has cut my cleaning of windows time down significantly. I do have to go back and clean up after it a little, and seriously it's just because it's my front picture window and I saw a streak, but it's better than me having to clean the entire thing by hand. I love this little machine and am upset that I didn't stumble across this "suggested items for you" before. It's pricey, but just think of the time saving, and if you pay a professional!

I've ordered shipping via Priority Line and it was delivered by a courier (didn't have to go to the Post Office for collection) on the 14th business day (arrival time stated: 10-18 business days).

4 stars because one of the small gripping parts on the replacable cleaning ring was broken (as on the picture). But I desided to have a go without replacing the cleaning ring.

My windows are long and non-opening, so you cannot reach to clean them from outside. This robot is really great helper! I had to run the robot 4 times, changing cloth, to get the best clean result. But when cleaning the second window, at some point the robot began moving irregulary: instead of goind automatically left and down it stopped at the middle and moved to the opposite direction, and then again without reaching the window frame. I could still operate it by pressing Stop and Left or Right button on the remote control. But on the next round it was all fine again in the automatic mode. Probably could happen for one of the reason stated in the FAQ section in the User Manual.

Unfortunately cannot add video as you need to do it through YouTube, and don't use YouTube.

Overall I'm really happy with this robot. Thanks to the seller!

There is a lot of windows we cannot reach to cleaning only using the ladder. I was looking for some robot window cleaning machine for while. There are a lot of choices and so hard to make the decision to buy. I reviewed at least 10bdifferent products selling on Amazon. Finally, I decided to have this due to detailed reviews with pictures and video. I am lucky this window machine did not disappoint me but surprised me. It just needs to charge full first after open package. After fully charged, put on the window or glass door controlling by remote. This is a very amazing design for cleaning. The remote-controlled direction of forward and backward, up and down. Usually, I cleaned the window once a year because it was so hard and tried to clean all of them. After getting this machine, my son could help me now because of the really interested to help by using remote control. He loves all the remote control. He could help and enjoy the play at the same time. Love this one but hope the battery could be improved keeping working longer.

What a brilliant device. I have a 1960s post and beam home with 9 by 5-foot windows. Typically window washing is around $375 for inside and outside. This little device has been working hard a couple hours now and has done my entire atrium. It has removed calcium stains that the window cleaners could not remove by polishing. I'm honestly shocked by this device. The only way it would be better is if it dispensed solution of some kind but even then it works so well as it is designed that would just give it more reasons to break. According to the manual and website, it supports apps but I have yet to be able to find a link to the so-called apps. Android or iOS. It really doesn't matter because it comes with the remote regardless but it sure would be nice to get a warning when the device is done with the window. By far one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon in a long time
